For a new members thread, there seems to be an awfully large amount of generals, high ranking officers and ascended beings hanging around. Newbies watch out for this predatory bunch and their lures of cookies and pies

I dont understand what that means why would posting here and other places not move me off probie status. This is not the only place i post but im confused and whats with the cookie warning you would think the Generals and people who have asended would not send bad files im soo confused??? Where is Rodney when you need him lol

SGU is indeed a good series. A good new thing for the franchise. Or at least IMHO. Bit of a controversial subject around here these days! Fair warning.

Of course, there's then still PA who well is PA... RubixCube, too, a new Girlbot sockie... And speaking of sockies, there's PH, not to be confused with PA. The first being a "she" and the second a "he" btw. Well, PH has many sockies. Most notably Pookey. PH = pookey. PH = PH. And PH = WP. And many more. Many many more. Andthen also, there's still Lazlo or Captain Lazlo as he likes to call himself. Don't really no much about him, but he annoys me and annoying me is never good. And me, well I could be talking about me for pages, but all you need to know is that I am the good ascended being around here. Don't believe the others and their lies! For example VS and his insistence you shouldn't green me. Makes no difference.

PA is referring to the fact that getting off Probie status requires a certain "official post count", exact number unknown. Posting in the Off-Topic folder/section doesn't get that "official post count" up. This thread is in that folder. So if you don't get enough official posts, there's a good chance that you'll stay on Probie status. However, there are other factors as well. For example, membership duration/time, and green count. Or even other things we don't know about. There is certainly a certain post requirement, though. I see your official post count is about 11 now, which is good. You're good on your way! Don't worry about it too much.
