Hello everyone! I'm Mealla and I am relatively new to Stargate. I knew the show before but I wasn't that interested in like I am now. I first watched SGA, and after finishing that, I bought all SG-1 DVDs and I'm currently catching up with the earlier episodes.

I love other SciFi shows like Doctor Who & Star Trek, and also reading, writing & drawing.

My favourite character is Sam Carter and Amanda Tapping is my favourite actress too.

Glad you came, I'm from Sydney, Australia (you know that place, far, far away!) I guess you could say I'm a quarter breed. Dad's German, but his mom's Spanish. My mom's Aussie, but her dad is Irish and gran was a 5th gen Aussie of Scots ancestory.
Oh and Ben, heck I'm a guy and love the rascal. Met him (and Claudia) when they were filming Farscape here in Sydney. Both great people. Click on my profile and send me a PM.

Hi everyone, I'm Sule, a Turkish Cypriot from North Cyprus. I've loved sci-fi from the moment I saw my first Dalek in Dr Who when I was three and I had to hide behind the sofa.

Stargate is brilliant, I never complain about what it throws at me. I just sit back and enjoy. I've been following the GateWorld podcast almost from the beginning but it has taken me a long time to pluck up the courage and join the forum.

Unfortunately Stargate isn't shown here but I've always found a way to watch it. Can't wait for SGU!

At last I've found some like minded people

I've been SG-1/SGA fan for quite a while, it's just I never really came to forums too much. Don't really know why, maybe I'm just anti-social? A bit about me, I'm 24 years old, married, have nearly 6 years old son (who already recognizes Stargate, Asgards and...Teal'c ). I like sci-fi in general, I'm also huge SW nerd.

I live in Czech republic (so yes, it was good to see a Czech character in Atlantis, who actually is a lot like real Czechs ), my most favourite characters are Carson Beckett and Teal'c, and from species, there are the Tok'ra, who I really like ^_^

Oh, by the way, due to English not being my first language, I used 'indeed' a lot, without even knowing it would be weird, and then I saw SG-1 & Teal'c. It made me laugh, and I do keep using 'indeed' anyways, as it is an habit I cannot undo anyways
