Name: Jan-Mikael Melander (I'm the original M in M , damn you Slim Shady!) (for you english out there, it's Sean-Michael when you englify (guess that's not even a word) the name )

Age: 25, but I feel like a young 24yo

Country: Land of the Thousand Lakes, better knowns as Finland

Occupation: Mailman...a dangerous occupation in the movie world, we are usually killed for being witnesses to something (and I work night, so it's even more fun! )

Hobbies: not much, even thou I'm not that good, Floorball is my world

Music taste: Varies on the mood, all from Eros Ramazzotti to Bullet For My Valentine

Got into SG: Seriously, 2 Months ago, when I bought S1-4 DVD (and now S5-9 is out of stock, so won't be getting them for a while, had to turn to SG-A for the time being )

Favourite SG-1 Char: Dr Daniel Jackson. My fav usually is the one I connect the most with in the opening episodes, and in SG-1 it's Daniel

In SG-A I gotta go with McKay, he's just too great

thanks he is! lol he went through a HUGE Star Wars kick about six months ago and ran around the house all day singing the theme....it was GREAT! And he was Darth Vader for Halloween - his choice! i love that he ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS tells me he's Daniel b/c Daniel is smart AND knows how to shoot a gun (as opposed to Jack who JUST shoots a gun in his opinion)...he's too smart!

Aww, he is! I like Star Wars too, and I agree with him about Daniel. Smart and knows how to shoot a gun. Can't beat that.

I'm 30, from the UK and a huge Sam/Jack shipper although recently I've started dabbling in Teyla/Sheppard fics too.

Favourite SG1 character has and always will be Jack so definitely hoping the next movie will be Jack centric.

Favourite Atlantis character probably ended up being McKay - what can I say he grew on me!

Was a fan of the original movie and stumbled across SG1 on Sky in the UK and have been hooked ever since.

Hello all!

I'm new here, an kinda new to the only SG fandom, even though i've been a fan of the show for some time now. And a fan of all things sci-fi in general. I've seen maybe 60% of all SG1 eps, in a very random order on tv (it currently airs on three different channels in four different seasons around here), and up to Atlantis season 5.

I'm a bit of a Sam/Jack and Sheppard/Weir shipper, but i'll take any cute team moments.
