I just didn't like the resolution to the luck storyline. This goddess/deity didn't seem swayed by Sam and Dean's efforts to help the other players. But then once we are in the next scene she magically gets exposition-ed into charging her heart.
I just felt like the actress could have showed that versus have another character explain it.
