Default identification of point of origin of incomming wormhole

I know about one stargate that could identify point of origin of incomming wormhole. That stargate appeared in episode "There but for the Grace of God". I ask is there other stargates with this ability?

What gate in that episode has a PO ID?

SGA from the parallel universe received the message from P3R-233. "Beware the destroyers. They come from 3, 32, 16, 8, 10, 12." The gate on P3R-233 must have a PO ID.

Whoever sent that message could have seen the Jaffa enter the address on the DHD to where they came from. Perhaps when the Jaffa commander needed to contact his System Lord to confirm the planet had been taken, or when they left the planet and returned to where they came from (just like Ferretti spotting Apophis dialing Chulak in the pilot)

I think chance to survive attack, remember symbols and send the message to space isn't great.
PO ID is more likely. We know that Ancients have PO ID in the Atlantis. In episode "Before I Sleep" Janus blocked every wormholes except the wormholes from the Tau'ri gate, that's why the Atlantis gate must have PO ID.

That civilization was running around the galaxy collecting alien technology. With that in mind, it seems quite reason to me that that they made the mistake of gating to a Goa'uld controlled gate and, in doing so, brought Apophis' ire down on them. Hence, when Apophis sent ships to bombard their planet from orbit, they knew where he had come from because they had already been there.

Imagine if the Goa'uld destroyed Earth or the Wraith destroyed Atlantis and, before being obliterated, messages were left warning of death from Chulak or the planet from the SGA pilot where they encountered the Wraith Keeper. Obviously, if a future group of explorers encountered that message, it wouldn't have been because Earth had a Point of Origin identifier.

They also, btw, could have captured and interrogated a Jaffa or used some alien technology to find out the address any number of different ways. For example, if they had the ability to track Goa'uld ships, they'd notice if any were heading to their planet and they'd know where they came from. Of course, your explanation is also possible, but I don't think it's more likely than any other imagined scenario.
