Really liked Frost's storyline, but I guess this means Caity has her life on hold too? This is not sustainable.

I liked seeing Barry call out Ramsey on whether he actually wants to help people.

Is it just me, or did I miss the scene where Barry tells Frost he's trying to train her? Otherwise, he just looks like a dick...which is normal.
