Aaaaand changed booking, again.

I think they were a bit optimistic to settle for such an early date. Maybe it would've been better to wait for the end of summer/begin of autumn, when more people have had the chance to get vaccinated. Also, many people already have booked their summer holidays (if travel is possible by then at all). Not too happy with July. Also, think of all the poor Cosplayers, sweating in their costumes when it's 25+ °C.

Yes, it's really optimistic. But the FedCon company has MagicCon planned for October and maybe a ComicCon at the end of November. So there are not very much options for other dates.

Of course, it had to be postponed. More than half of the European mainland hasn't been vaccinated yet.

Fingers crossed this time it'll happen. If I'm not mistaken, there was talk in the media that bigger events could be allowed from September on – if the infection numbers don't rise again. It would make me so happy to see all my convention friends in October! It's been a long time indeed.
