    modern economic hazards

so heres my question... or post if you want to put it that way...

whats everyones incom and are they happy with thier work places rules and environments if you take these two links and read the gist of both?

    https://www.economist.com/open-futur...-work-kills-us

i work in a ok environment but everyone seems upset... its a upsetting job, because its taking care of peoples needs, but people seem more bothered by work place 'politics' and the imbalance of minor things in pay and how some get the tolerance/golden treatment.. which are valid points, but instead of that being the issue.... how are your workplaces? do you think everyones really upset by minor pay differences in a world where everyones majorly underpaid argumentatively, or do you think it comes down to just minor political things, or are their larger issues no one speaks at that everyones fearful of or simply angered by?

I would agree that a toxic work environment is probably the largest indicator of unhappiness at work.
