Looks like they previously worked on another but I don't believe it actually saw release so who knows if this one will. It's supposed to be a completely standalone game using the UE4 engine. Curious to see more.

It's build as a mod to another game.

MGM apparently allows it being distributed, but only for free. The moment the team starts making money from it, they are being shut down (with a cease and desist).

PC game -- space strategy. Probably available through Steam, much like the demo of their mod was/is.
