I was watching New Order part 1 and an opportunity for some maths popped up.
Carter says to Teal'c, "if the co-ordinates are off by even one half of a percent we could wind up ten thousand light years from our destination".
I figured that was enough information to calculate the distance from Earth to Hala:

I checked a list of galaxies on Wikipedia:

Looks like Othalla is either Pisces II in the Pisces constellation or Leo II in the Leo constellation.
