Here's a theory, the Harcesis is Apophis. Firstly, whoever the harcesis becomes would most definitely be the most hated thing to all Goa'uld if they find out and will be killed on sight. Given Aset, Serqet and maybe Osiris are trying to keep the boy a secret, no other Goa'uld would know in present day. If Ra did find out about it after banishing Aset (assuming SGO ending), he will try to kill the boy. Unless like Amunet, the boy was hidden away (maybe even taken by Osiris to Kheb as said in "Maternal Instinct"). As the boy grows up, he will automatically have great hatred for Ra for forcing him to keep running. When full grown (you can insert symbiote implantation story here or not, regardless), Apophis would begin amassing power and become Ra's greatest rival, falling in line with show's canon and Egyptian myth. By the time of the movie, with Ra killed by O'Neill, Apophis can seize power (the age will still match too given we don't know anything about harcesis physiology) Years later, he would repeat the cycle with Amunet knowing - in his hyper inflated arrogance of himself - the great potential a Harcesis hold.
