Default November Theme - Classic Justice League Nov 17 - 19

In honor of the new movie we harken back to the days of yore, as in the days when the only way to have fun with the Justice League was to read the comics.

But if it wasn’t for those hand drawn books there would be no movie so.....we can have some classic Justice League fun this weekend.

Oh dear... not familiar with comics... well, I know of them.

Looking forward to the theme-weekend though! They're always fun.

It’s pretty much like the movie, but since it’s the comics it can be spoiler free.

The only thing I know of comics, any and all, is that they were never big in Belgium.

We do have Suske & Wiske -- which is something else in English... let me find that for you....

    Here it is:
    Willy and Wanda
The first series that was published in the United States of America

    Bob & Bobette
Eight albums published in Great Britain

    Spike and Suzy
The latest Suske en Wiske-series in English

And Jommeke -- which I doubt has an english version... Apparently, translations failed to succeed so purely a Flemish comic.

What Justice League character will I be?

OH MY GODDESS!!!! I'M THE FLASH!!!!

Note: I watch the CW show The Flash so that's who I know here. I know he's not the same as the Justce League Flash but for one, I think his costume is way cooler.

But wait a minute.... I go down with one punch. Whaaa...

But you can run pretty fast, so I guess you would be hard to catch

My problem is I know most of Justice League's character's only from the first Injustice game and I know I am not liking Hawkgirl. Could be worse though I guess at least she can fly

THe goes down with one punch is a joke.
In the comics, Guy Garndner is....well he’s a jerk. ANd he drives Black Canary crazy. Guy annoys Batman, batman just punches him and knocks guy out. Canary, for the rest of the comic, just goes on and on ‘one punch and I missed it.....i can’t believe that I missed it....’ etc.

She is positively heartbroken that here is one time when Guy gets it and she was elsewhere.
