Jaffa armour seems pretty straightforward. The big collar is basically just long strips of material and shoulderpads. Chainmail isn't difficult, it just takes a long time. I can make European 4-in-1 and 6-in-1. The gauntlets and boots could be done in EVA foam. They're not that detailed, and the shape is relatively simple.

Then you just need the skirt.
