People opening their own server usually know what they are doing.

If you're professionally working with images and websites, you basically know what you are supposed to do and probably will do to keep those spaces save.

However, there isn't a server on this Earth that isn't hackable.

There are also those that "have a brilliant idea" and then realize "Oh shoot... I have no idea what I'm doing here".

I have also seen people on Gateworld suggest https://imgur.com.

Those, to me, seem to be most the suggested.

The one planet_tv mentions are okay to host and post -- but you can't make a library. I tried imgbox but I was disappointed in its UI and it wouldn't upload my images for some reason.

So, I'm still looking at an alternative, but perhaps I might get some space of my own and host my images there instead.

I had problems with my imgbox account, getting a second tab when clicking on full size images twice, that has malware suspicious ads, but I'll think they may fix it
Also, you cannot delete your account on your own
