How would the Ori have felt about Anubis' meddling?

Had he still been been around when they were alerted to the Milky Way?

His (partially) ascended form was a whole lot different to the Ancients or Ori, he still operated like a parasite jumping from host to host, it's clear the Ancients thought that he was some kind of abomination, but what would the Ori have thought about him?

Would he have attempted an alliance of sorts with them? It's clear they had a common goal.

I would bet if they saw his Kull Warriors in action they would have been considered the perfect successors to the Ori Army.

They wouldn't have sent him 1/2 way back like the ancients did. He'd have been human again, then they would've killed him.

Well, the Ancients DO believe it free will, they wouldn't take any action against the Ori KNOWING that if/when they conquered the MW galaxy that they would turn their attention to the Ancients. So I don't think the Ancients would've prevented the Ori from doing something to Anubis.
