Not clear, Sheppard ended up in bed quite a few times. Could it be the one where he turns into a bug? (Conversion, s2e9?)

It looks like Sheppard is wearing this outfit in the picture but I don't remember when he started wearing it. As for the episode, I know it's not a season 4 episode because Paul McGillion was only in The Kindred two parter. Is possibly the season 5 episode The Seed because Sheppard did end up in the infirmary at some point, was wearing the outfit I linked to and Paul McGillion was in the episode?

I just had a look through the image gallery for The Seed.. It doesn't have that exact image, but it looks like it came from that episode.
