Amberle's dream at the beginning with her and Wil playing in the (3000 year old?) playground was silly. I wish they'd chill with the sappy teen love stuff. Those parts kind of make me feel embarrassed to be watching the series. The parts at the outpost with the creepy old guy were pretty good. I can't buy the girl playing Amberle as a badass with a sword though. The scene where she killed the creepy dude looked pretty bad (the editing didn't help). The actress also looked like she was smiling after the little girl died when she told Wil that they had to go, it looked really off.
