So knew it, of course everyone survived the cliffhanger. Why even bother? Same goes for Sam being infected now. He is not going to die, if that where to happen it would be in the next Episode.

Only thing I loved in this Episode was when Crowley regained his body and his minions where filling him in on what happened. The moment they mentioned hearing Lucys and Michaels screams in from inside the cage, nicely done.

Dean finally lets Sam go on his own and 30 seconds later he's infected. SO predictable. *sigh*
