"Fan Mail" Address

I have the following problem: My niece (10) is a big fan of Joe Flanigan and she drew him a really nice picture she'd like to send him. Does anyone have know whether there is a fan mail address or something similar like his management to where she could send it?

I googled "Joe Flanigan mailing address" and came up with:

Luber Rokkin Entertainment

Suite 206
Los Angeles, CA 90028

which is most likely the address of his agent.
