DS9 and the Omega molecule
DS9 goes into some dark places with the characters sometimes committing very grey acts. I wondered if anyone tried to use the Omega molecule to end the war, maybe Section 39 or the Changelings.

It is section 31, and it isn't a common element. Voyager if I recall encountered the largest piece on record.sigpicComment
