I loved the movie but i still don't understand one thing during the several rewatch:
Teal'c knows about the several stargate on earth but why don't tell anything about the other during the scene with the Baal?

Other question, the other Russian Stargate is the stargate lost on the boat or a third stargate?

Ba'al already knew about the Stargate in Antarctica, which is why he sent his fleet to destroy it.

The Russians retrieved the gate that was lost with the freighter that was carrying it to America, and is the one that SG1 used to gate to Praxis.

There is no third stargate on earth.
