So... Here's a question... Where's the Helicarrier?
you will see the Helicarrier!!! So the original helicarrier has been in Fury's possession the whole time.
Actually, Coulson had it somewhere being repaired (THETA Protocol) for the Avengers to use, with Fury delivering it (Would've been a good opportunity to bring Coulson back, even for a cameo).
