I do enjoy the show. fast paced but still some funny parts.

Season 4 just started, and I couldn't remember how last year ended, but this new season started out great... Nadine, especially rocked it.

I assume you are talking about her outburst to Russell. That was hilarious.

So far my only gripe is how they did 'blake'.. By making him a closet BIsexual, as well as possibly OCD..

Blake's an enigma. I want to know more about Blake.

He's certainly the one who has not had much 'diving' into their backround.. Which is why i felt a little taken aback, when in the last episode of S3, they just brought out that he's a closet Bi (was gay in college with that 'friend') and is also looking like he's OCD...

I can't remember the episode, but it's when we follow him from waking up to getting work -- the way he does his routine. Definite OCD.
