Communication stones inconsistency

During a rewatch of Twin Destinies, I have just noticed for the first time that when Alt-Rush uses the stones to connect with Alt-Telford (who is now in fact the Telford on Earth...yeah, ackward), there are five Ancient communication stones in the suitcase. But in "our" timeline, Rush lost the fifth stone, which is now in the blue hands of the Nakai.

So, simple inconsistency from the production (very probable) or maybe the timeline of the Alt-crew of Destiny / founders of Novus is a little different than the one we know.

I'm guessing the latter. Just a small detail to show the difference in timelines.

Also, they might have wanted to use that detail as a plot for a later episode in one of 3 remaining seasons.

I think it's just a mistake. Rush being stranded (with the stone) happened way before their attempt to dial earth which then resulted in the alternate group and timeline.
