what if Lyta had scanned Garibaldi when Zach asked?

Ive always wondered this. What if she had scanned him when Zach had asked.. Also I do wonder if this was all a possible trap door for Garibaldi character just in case he left the show.

I know JMS had trap doors for all the characters so at a guess I'd say it's at least possible that that was one of them. Not sure if there's a list out there that details it for each character though. It'd be interesting to see if so.

As for Leeta scanning, she did say it was pretty heavy duty programming so I'd imagine she had to be pretty actively looking for it to find it. Or else Bester was just taking a calculated gamble that Leeta wouldn't scan him unless he asked to be. He did have some awareness that Leeta still had certain ethical feelings towards random scans.

Bester probably would have had some sort of booby traps in place just incase this was to happen
