There seems to have been throughout production of SG1 and SGA for that matter, a lack of consistency with both SGC Dialing Sequnces and Offworld dialing sequences with DHD's in terms of sounds and operation. Which is the most accurate dialing sequnce for SGC Stargate setups and Stargate with DHD's?

In what context? There is no DHD at SGC, for example.

The constantly changed the dialing speed, sound effects, and many other things, I don't think there is an accurate version, as they are all as accurate as the rest.
