Same here. With the visuals, I think they were going for the same gritty look that Episode IV had.
I tell you Teal'c, hockey is the coolest game on Earth!

Did you not say it is played on ice, O'Neill?

In my opinion this show will be very good for kids but not for adult. I would want to see seriously movie/show as a Stargate SG-1 but in the SW universe.

I don't say that SW:Rebels is bad show,nope-this is good show for kids but adults people will not interesting watching this cartoon.

I agree, its fun and I enjoy watching it, but it needs something more...

Hopefully that will come with future episodes.

I don't think they know what to do with the female characters. They have been almost ignored except in the one episode they stared in. And that episode was the worse to date. There hasn't been any character growth for either of the ladies. All I know about them is one likes to paint and the other flies the ship.

Hopefully this isn't a sign of things to come from Disney.

Even the robot has more of a defined personality than the ladies.

Females in Action cartoons do face far more hurtles then the male characters. There is only so much you can do with "Strong Independent Female".

The Female aspect asides... Am I the only one who is enjoying it? I have seen most of the current episodes except for the last one and I really starting to like it more than The Clone Wars. I know it is for children and may be I like it so much because I am child in a grown up body but anyway... I love it and I really like all characters in it and given time I think they will develop the female characters more.
