Default The Tomorrow People (CW) NEWS/DISCUSSION/SPOILERS

Anyone watching this next fall, Starring Robbie Armell, Mark Pellegrino & Sarah Clarke etc, i know i will be, here's a trailer

This, Agents of Shield & Almost Human are my favorites of all of the new shows, theres a few others that i will be watching/checking out but these 3 are the stand outs i think

As a kid i loved watching the 90's one, but i hope this will be even better

If it airs in the UK I'll take a look.

I can remember the series shown here in the UK back in the 70's and 90's.

Sound promising. But not much info out there.
I wonder if they are keeping the aliens and the galactic federation. An Tim and the teleporters.

I watched this in the 1970's, creaky sets and acting but the idea of the next stage of human evolution was a good one. I remember that my sister and I used to always joke that we'll 'jaunt' to wherever we were going because we thought the word just sounded so silly for a description of teleporting.

I will give this a go, see what they do with it, the trailer looks good, see if they change 'jaunting' to something else as I always thought that sounded so daft!!

And let's not forget that it's being made by Julie Plec of the TVD so for some it's a blessing, for some a curse.
I love what she does on TVD, so I'll be certainly watching all three shows (TVD spin-off, The Originals is also starting this fall).

I saw the first one, and will watch more when I have lulls in other shows. This show is at the bottom of my new show list and may not make the cut. Shows like this seem to have a hard time, but I'll still give it a try.

I gave it a shot, but I shall not be continuing with this show. Too much teen angst. It's like the love child of X-men and Buffy.

On reading the latest copy of 'SFX' magazine.

Nicholas Young, a star of the original series, will play scientist Aidius Crick.

LOL! I'll keep watching just for something to watch I guess and I do like watching Mark Pellagrino. He's great as the bad guy, but then I enjoyed watching him as Lucifer in Supernatural.

I watch the first two episodes and so far everything just seem very very plain, cliché and not very exciting at all. These people live in a sewer and yet they all clean shaven and all look like they haven't done a hard day work in their lives. Get them dirty, show them at least doing some maintenance and stuff around the place.

An these are the most boring teenangers ever, no personality. The show producers should bring in some writers from Misfits to add some. Sure misfits occasionally went over the top but at least its characters had a soul and personality and each one was different.

    Mark Pellagrino
The only bright spot in the show and by far the best character, actor, the problem is, he has no chemistry with any of the others on the show, it his snappy one liners that make his character fun to watch, rather than the actual character and their story.
