i found the comment naomi said to cass regarding sheppards vrs murders to be very interesting. naomi quickly brought up how the angels (including her), going to certain doors with marks on them and killing the first born of the family. (i immediately thought of 'the ten commandments). and really, it *was* a violent and dark thing to do...

but still, it's cool how old naomi is. and crowley too. and cass was there, but doesn't remember!

in any past episode/season, was it ever explained *why* God left heaven?

Why wouldn't Castiel hand Naomi the tablet? Surely she'd have the exact same reaction he did?

I don't think she has been programmed/messed with like the others. She is the one doing the messing around with. So yeah, giving her the tablet would have been a very bad move IMO.

Offhand,I think the youngest (temporary) host for an Angel was Jimmy Novak's daughter Claire in the ep "The Rapture" (S4).

The actress looked maybe 10-12 then to me,but I'm hopeless at guestimating people's ages.

I think you're right about it being Claire. The next youngest looks like it's Samandriel. I wonder if there is a minimum age? Maybe Michael would have grabbed Dean earlier when he didn't know any better if there wasn't?

Demons can obviously possess younger hosts, though, because Lilith was a little girl of maybe 8 or 9 there for a while.

Not a bad episode. I enjoy stuff with Kevin in it, and of course, Crowley too. I thought Castiel's way of avoiding the God-squad was pretty clever. Paranoid Metatron was interesting, as I was expecting an angel more powerful and all-knowing. I suspect he'll be killed off at the end of the season, though. Angels other than Castiel tend to have short life expectancies.
