It all comes down to fitting things on the main page. If it's Friday, the polls will dissapear because of the number of shows in the right column. Just click on another day, such as Saturday, to make the polls reappear.Comment

Polls never appear on the front page on Fridays, because they don't fit (number of episodes that appear on the daily calendar). You can find them on most other pages of the site (including those episodes' pages) after the episodes have aired.
