Does anyone think this show will come back for a TV movie or movies for Syfy? It couldn't be that expensive. Get the actors back in costumes, explore the new CGI underground Sanctuary and have at it. Financially feasible? If yes, what's stopping them?

Well, it's possible. The factors that make it possible are:
A. Sets are not a problem because of the show's greenscreen
B. The actors loved to do it it seems, and as far as I know they are not all THAT busy enough to do maybe a couple movies.
Against:
A. Funding.
B. Possible lack of interest.
The reason that I am wary of the possibility is because the same thing was supposed to happen with the Stargate franchise, where the producers were hoping for 2-4 movies a year. Even with the collapse of Stargate Universe the popularity (relative to Sanctuary) was not enough to keep the hope for yearly TV movies alive.sigpicComment
