Why are active shows in the General category while cancelled shows have their own?

Why do Sanctuary and Eureka and Alphas still have their own forums while currently running shows like Continuum, Primeval: New World etc still get lumped into the "General Sci-Fi and Fantasy" forum?

I can understand that the amount of posts might have something to do with it. However 'burying' a show in the General category might be reason it doesn't have as much activity.

Darren makes the final call every year or so on which shows get new folders, but as ever put a thread here "I'd Love To See A Dedicated Folder For..." to collect Members' feedback and votes.

Post/vote in there, and he'll check it all out and make any decisions as to which shows can be put into the Show Archive section and which ones need a new folder when he gets time.

General Scifi/Fantasy isn't the muddle you might think.

Most threads for existing and new shows, movies, and games carry tags for ease, and subscribing is easy.

*Leaving this thread here, because others may be interested in voting.
