Not that legal... though it is available on Amazon.com for 10,99$ (download - does not include the title track If I Had A Heart), or at Amazon.co.uk as a CD for 9,90£.

I sample before I buy and I can get it from iTunes for 9,99€ (I just bought new credits).

The Rollo from history (who the character was based on) was supposed to end up in Normandy, France at some point. And he was an ancestor of William the Conqueror.

So, I was wondering if that would likely be in the show?

Well, Ragnar himself is supposed to go to Paris and raid that side of France like he did Northumbria. So, maybe it will be.

I think Clive Standen (Rollo) has said that he believes this Rollo is the grandfather of THAT Rollo.


But who knows. They could turn it around and make it this Rollo.

Anyway... Rollo needs to be around long enough to start a lineage.

The DVD/Blu-ray will be released in three weeks. Can't wait to get my copy of the Blu-ray.

This show has been epic in my opinion. This show gives a somewhat gruesome look at the ferociousness, sacrifice and social structure of Norse warriors during the 10th century. The characters are pretty awesome and well done. Anxious and excited for more Vikings!

I got my Blu ray copy a day early. Gotta love Amazon.


It's a purty set...And the best thing? EXTENDED EPISODES!

So far I have seen episode one has an extra two and a half minutes and episode two has about three minutes. May not seem like much but compared to other shows with "extended" episodes that consist of maybe thirty seconds or a minute of content it's quite nice.

I'm extremely satisfied with it.

Anyway, for any other Belgians here... one of our channels, 2BE, is going to show Vikings on tv here. Don't know when yet, but it's in their programming.
