I still don't believe that fear of Dean Winchester is what made Naomi programme Cas to kill him, though. I think there is more going on there. Even when Cas had beaten Dean to a bloody pulp and the tablet was his for the taking, Naomi was still like "KILL HIM!" which was completely unnecessary. Besides, Dean and Sam are doing the trials to close the gates of Hell. Why would Naomi kill Dean? Could it possibly be that... dun dun duuun... she doesn't want the gates of Hell closed?
