she'd be a hostage. She'd be used to make Robb surrender 'go home little pretend king or your sister dies'.
Failing that she'd be married off or be seen as an option to Joffrey marrying Sansa to 'marry into' rulership of the north.
She'd possibly be married to Tommen - JOffrey's little brother - so that both brothers are married to both sisters and would be clear heirs to the north.
Her hiding and running was probably the smartest thing she's ever done. How it ends.....zipped lips
