Just watched "Inauguration" on DVD. When President Hayes stopped in front of the bust of John F. Kennedy and gave it a long look then peered into the mirror and straightend his tie, he was paying homage to himself. William DeVane (Hayes) brilliantly portrayed JFK in the tele-series "The Missiles of October" waaaay back in 1974.
