Well, it's almost over... but I didn't see any Fourth of July threads up and it made me sad. So happy birthday to the United States of America, 235 years old and still going strong. And best of luck to all those people across the world still fighting for their own right to be free. No country should ever be without a day to commemorate their independence.

yeah...my sister friended the author of the 6-book series set in a town called Dorsetville, Katherine Valentine on FB and convinced her to give her the recipe for this cheesecake that's well-liked by the priest character in that series....there's yellow cake mix in the cheesecake filling in addition to the outer shell and it's topped with cherry pie topping
