That's a start, but it would only cover the downpayment.

Extortion.....what am I doing? Why would I pay you for a brain cell when Anja gives them to me for free. Hrrrrrmp......*stomps off then begins to fly* even though they are making me do bird things.

          It's a trap!
Everyone knows squirrels have room for only 3 brain cells, and that you're at capacity. That's why you couldn't use the last one Anja gave you. What is he really offering?

Anja can't give you what she doesn't have

so you are saying she is not sincere? I don't think that's possible since all teachers are compassionate and lovable!

You can be lovable and still lie

but that seems to go against compassion. I think your conscience would become too guilty to knowingly deceive. You may do it at first, but then with time I think compassionate people tend to recant.

Not at all. How often do parents lie to their children to protect them ?

it's more of withholding the truth in order to protect them, not really lie.

By all definitions it's still a lie. You are just sugarcoating it to make you feel better

no your testimony says it's a lie. That doesn't make it true. How can you prove your testimony? You need facts to support that it's a lie.
Maybe she is earnestly trying to give me something. Whether she has it to give or not, is the issue, her honesty in giving it isn't on trial here.

I realize, it's hard to remember things when you have only 3 brain cells, but have you forgotten that jelgate is deceitful and dishonorable?

he's not on trial either. But we will listen to his "testimony" and decide accordingly.

To knowingly to decieve someone is the definition of a lie
