Actually, Jonas did meet some of them. To be more specific: he not only met, but worked side by side with McKay in Redemption (season 6).

Jonas left the SGC at the beginning of season 7 to be involved in Langara's joint ruling council. That was the condition of the Teraanians and Andaree endorsing it in the first place.

I can't be 100% certain but I am pretty sure Corin wasn't even asked to do this episode so i think that once he fulfilled his contract in Fallout, SG world just waved bye bye to him.
