No. I keep checking Syfy SGU site, nothing so far.

I saw it, or at least part of it. I just happened to turn it on as it was airing.

In short, they go home (implied / except Rush) and Greer is about to terminate Chloe. But that's probably just a dream state or reset / pre-reset episode. Not that we'll ever see those other episodes.
