Fortunately, you don't get to decide how the law is applied. POTUS does. And as I've pointed out, every president since the law's inception has invoked it many times. It's only a problem when Trump uses it to resolve an issue.

I'm not in favor of partisan gerrymandering. But it's going to happen. The way it is now, whichever party runs the state draws the lines based on the census. The reason you hear so much whining from the Democrats is that they have not been winning states as much as they would like so they've been shut out of the process recently. It's perfectly fine when it works in their favor, though.

That's nice. But I mean showing me that the level of gerrymandering is equal. You haven't done that. You are simply assuming it to be so but don't actually know it to be so. I am asking you to prove it. Pointing out one NY district and two states does not do that at all. I'm not going to do the research, you're the one making the claim, prove it.

Then understand this.
You can have your moral majority mike pence as your POTUS, you can have your Republican party being in charge if you want, but trump, by his actions and words is a danger to your republic. the republicans are not my "enemy", but trump is yours.

Pence wasn't on the ballot. Of the choices we had, Trump was the best choice available.
If Trump wants to step down, or is forced from office so Pence takes over, I'm fine with that.

I am NOT fine with Democrats who will try to push us down a road going the wrong way.
And I'm not so happy with many Republicans, either. After all, Trump had both houses of Congress for two years, and there were enough Republicans who would not support closing the southern border that he couldn't accomplish that. Or a few other things as well.

If you recall, Trump took on Republicans he saw as on the wrong side of things as well as Democrats.
