We started talking about that idiot's YouTube video, and Chaka drew a comparison to right wing extremist groups who do advocate violence, and I naturally drew the comparison to left wing extremists who advocate violence, such as Maxine Waters.

How we got into Mandela, the Black Panthers and such I have no idea. The situations aren't even remotely similar.

And while on the topic of the NZ event, why on earth are the MSM trying to blame Trump for it?

How the hell is it Trump's fault?

How the hell is it Trump's fault?
Not in a legal sense, in a moral sense.
If you don't see that connection, you have no idea what your leader is saying, or has said, or the results of those words.
You cried about Allissa Milano, and she is just an actor.
          Trump is the president.

Mandela as a activist was violent, As was the FOLLOWERS of MLK with the black panther party, and you can't ignore that.
What I wonder about is weather the violence, when it happened was warranted, and sadly it was. Colonialism spent hundreds of years stepping on people, and to even attempt to claim victimhood when the people you spent time stepping on fight back, you open yourself up to all claims of false victimization.
Agreed. Might not have been the most appropriate examples, just the ones on top of my head at that moment.

Trump supporters are clearly on another realm when it comes to morality, it just doesn't reach them. As you said, it's easier for them to ignore this aspect, claiming it's just a ''foot in the mouth'' and move on with their MAGA agenda.
            Spoiler:
I don’t want to be human. I want to see gamma rays, I want to hear X-rays, and I want to smell dark matter. Do you see the absurdity of what I am? I can’t even express these things properly, because I have to—I have to conceptualize complex ideas in this stupid, limiting spoken language, but I know I want to reach out with something other than these prehensile paws, and feel the solar wind of a supernova flowing over me. I’m a machine, and I can know much more.

Not digging on you brother, just pointing out that people, all people are not blameless.
              We all screw up.

My issue is the man himself.
I don't mind republican agenda's, but to literally sell yourself out to get them?
That's what I have an issue with.

My issue isn't the man himself, well sure to a degree, but mainly my issue is with the people following him. How can one be so clueless to support such a man is beyond me.

I've begun to believe that most of Trump supporters are trolls or cynic people, whose only goal is to see the world burn. Folks that normally wouldn't vote unless a total anti-hero wishes to claim the presidency.

They dug themselves a hole and cant get out. They fear admitting they were wrong about Trump means the Democrats get power. No liberals in power no matter the consequences

I Presume you're painting me with that brush. t's really easy to understand, IF you accept that the alternatives are the polar opposite of what I believe the country ought to be doing.

                    Illegal immigration & Border security.
                    Socialism
                    Protectionism vs Free trade
                    Welfare Reform
                    Abortion

This is just a small sampling of issues that the Democrats & in many cases, some Republicans want to take the country down a path which is harmful to the nation.

Aside from Pence, can you show me one other player on the national stage who espouses the same values and ideas that Trump promotes?

You have your reasons, you don't think like I do and that's okay, I can respect that. I'd be totally fine if you'd base your opinion on ideology alone, yet you seem to be reluctant to accept neutral facts that disproves your theories such as:

                      Illegal immigration & Border security.
I can't respect your opinion if you say the Democrats wants to open the borders wide open, and have a bunch of Mexicans flooding in the country like you'd see in the World War Z movie. It's not true, don't try to make it true. I can respect your opinion if you would say ''The Democrats wants more immigrants in, or support a pro-immigration agenda''. So far what you presented is the conspiracy about corrupting immigrants into eternal democrat voters.

                      Socialism
I can respect that, but again, your statements are contradictory when you say that colleges are ripping off people, yet you're against using taxes to provide more affordable college tuition or create public entity for that purpose alone. You can't have both, if you don't want such a social measure then you can't complain your college tuition costs 20k.

                      Protectionism vs Free trade
You can believe all you want that protectionism is better, yet the economics facts are against you. This economic model used to work in the early 20th century because the international trade wasn't what it is today. No countries can completely isolate themselves without major financial repercussions, especially the US since it is mostly a service-based / tech economy. Even Russia and NK have been trying to get out of the mess they're in because it has a major impact on their respective countries.

                      Welfare Reform
All bets are on for this one, personally I see this as an investment but I can respect you believe otherwise.

                      Abortion
I have a lot of issues with the pro-abortion folks, since you're basically dictating what a woman should do with her body. But this is an ongoing / eternal debate, and I learned to agree to let it go. So good for this one in my book.

This is just a small sampling of issues that the Democrats & in many cases, some Republicans want to take the country down a path which is harmful to the nation.

Aside from Pence, can you show me one other player on the national stage who espouses the same values and ideas that Trump promotes?
If you're talking national stage, I can't, because I'm not versed enough in US politics to state anything related to that. I tend to agree with MG though, your country is in dire need of political diversification, two parties isn't enough to make a democracy.

I can if I have an alternate solution.

The education industry can jack prices to ridiculous levels only because they know their potential customers have access to ridiculous amounts of money via grants and loans.

If that money wasn't available, that alone would restrain prices; like anything else, if they price themselves too high, they lose customers. These businesses would either go out of business, or more likely, tighten their belts to price their products within the reach of their prospective customers.

Well, one of us is. Whether you like it or not, the education industry in this country is a for-profit business, like any other.

And here is a fine example of what I'm talking about regarding biased media

Here is an article regarding a SCOTUS decision regarding detaining illegal immigrants.

Supreme Court Disregards Due Process, Allows ICE to Detain Certain Immigrants Indefinitely

Notice the inflammatory language of the headline, and the text of the article overall.

Farther down, the article does report the facts.

Tuesday’s ruling in Nielsen v. Preap revolves around a 1996 law designed to crack down on unauthorized immigration. One section of the statute compels the Department of Homeland Security to detain certain non-citizens without a bond hearing as the government awaits permission to deport them. This provision states that immigration officials “shall take into custody” any unauthorized immigrant who has committed a certain criminal offense “when the alien is released” from jail. (Qualifying offenses include crimes of “moral turpitude,” drug violations, and aggravated felonies.) Officials may not release these individuals prior to deportation unless they are participating in witness protection.
So the law the case was about clearly states that the illegal “shall take into custody” , so the court is simply applying the law as written.

Why not just report the news, without the editorial bias? This is not an editorial piece.
