Time Travel, Time Reactors, and Time War
Sounds like an interesting episode of Stargate, right?
That, or your groaning, "Oh no, not ANOTHER time travel story..!" Either way the idea of time travel has been a popular one for nearly as long as there has been science fiction stories to tell them, as far back as H.G. Wells, The Time Machine. There have been numerous movies and television programs that have dealt with the topic, and the potential consequences of altering events in the past. In some cases, we've had the hero, such as Buck Rogers, thrown far into the future. On Star Trek we've seen more than one time traveler abusing that power for personal greed, such as stealing technologies from the future to profit from them in the past. We've seen time stasis fields, dilation fields where time is either sped up or slowed down in relation to the rest of the universe, and even on rare occasion a reversal of time itself.
Okay, yeah, so what? It's science fiction right? ...right?
Dr. David Lewis Anderson
Maybe not. There is a physicist by the name of Dr. David Lewis Anderson, of The Anderson Institute, that says Time Control Technology is here now, today. Dr. Anderson is a former U.S. Air Force officer and military scientist, formerly working in Long Island, New York. He left the Air Force and formed his own organization to work on this technology as a private citizen. He says they use what they refer to as a Time-warped Field, to create a 'Closed Time-like Curve', that he says can currently be generated to a size of about 2 Meters across, which is just over 6.5 feet. Within this field, he says that they have been able to accelerate, decelerate, and even reverse time within the field. He says that they literally watched a clock within the field appear to stop, and then literally they watched the gears begin moving in reverse.

Dr. Anderson says they have sent objects and plants both into the future, and into the past. At this time, even mammalian animals have been placed inside the field. He says that he himself has been inside the Time-warped Field while it was active. Interestingly, Dr. Anderson explains that to him, the most fascinating thing about this technology, is to see the reaction of people, who for the first time see the field activated. He says they express incredulous disbelief, and amazement at seeing it, and often tell him later that their whole outlook on life has changed. He says that in the course of their experimentation they have confirmed that the energy of a living thing does not disappear, but continues on, perhaps changed, but not gone. He personally finds this aspect of discovery of human existence to be very fascinating, although at this time he doesn't really know anything beyond that. He also says, that they have discovered that a very few, small minority, of the human population are in fact sensitive to shifts in time, and could indeed sense if history itself had been altered.
The lay person may ask, shouldn't it take an insane amount of power to travel back or forwards in time? According to Dr. Anderson, the initiation of the field does indeed take a lot of power from the relative standpoint such as the amount of power a common household would use, but in the larger sense, not that much is necessary. He says they have discovered, that once they have activated the field far more power is drawn into it than they are generating themselves. This appears to defy the laws of physics until they discovered that the Time-warp Field around the planet Earth itself was feeding energy into it. It is this effect that is the basis for Time Reactor patents that Dr. Anderson holds. Potentially, with this technology, the spinning motion of the Earth itself could generate virtually unlimited power.
Twisted spacetime around the Earth, or any rotating body, contains enormous levels of potential energy. A time reactor simply harvests the energy in the tension in the fabric of spacetime caused by inertial frame-dragging
As amazing as all that is however, the U.S. is NOT the only nation on Earth doing these Time Control experiments. Russia, Japan, China, and India are also doing them, and according to Dr. Anderson, India is far ahead of everyone else right now. They (the U.S. scientists) have a device, that he calls a Temporal Tremor Detector, that is capable of detecting disruptions in spacetime anywhere in the world, and anytime someone activates a Time-warped Field, they know it. Dr. Anderson says that he is in contact with other scientist around the world who are also working on this technology, and many of them share the same concerns for the possible consequences of Time Control technology. He says he is very concerned for the future of mankind, because already governments are looking for ways to possibly weaponize this technology. He fears if humanity can not soon find a way to come together in peaceful cooperation, that mankind could soon face its first Time War in history. He is very concerned for the moral and responsible use this technology should be used for, and is now coming forward in the hopes that if people are aware of this technology, they can work to see that government openly discloses this issue and controls the technology in a responsible way.
