    "Survivor" Count

someone should create a survivor count, like from bsg,for this show because i think they lost like 10% of the crew in the last 2 episodes

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------
(I thought i should add this to the original post)

    ok, episode by episode

first, how many people made it to destiny?

Correct me on these, im doing them by memory?

    Original: 80 (Estimate)
    Air: -3
    Darkness: 0
    Light: 0
    Water: -1
    Earth: 0
    Time: 0
    Life: 0
    Justice: -1
    Space: 0
    Divided: 0
    Faith: -8
    Human: 0
    Lost: 0
    Sabotage: -1
    Pain: 0
Subversion: +1 (Telford) or did come in incursion, added the LA in Aftermath
    Incursion: -2
    Intervention: 0
Aftermath: +8, (Riley) and the 9 LA that are staying
    Awakening: -1
    Pathogen: 0
    Cloverdale: 0
    Trail and Error: 0
The Greater Good: -2 (simeons guard and ginn)
    Malice: -2 (simeon and henderson)
    Total: 68

(made an edit, moving franklin to Sabotage and putting 6 for faith, 1 for water, and 1 for incursion)
(Put another 1 for incursion becasue of varro's 360 spin, i believe he took out the marine and another LA and hit TJ. and counted the remaining LA for Aftermath, changed the malice count)
    keep pointing out mistakes!

I was wondering about that also yesterday after the shootout.

They started with the potential for 88 people on board. If I recall, that is the number that were MIA from the Icarus base in the first episode.
Senator died quick, the geologist and another went through a gate during episode 3 and never came back. etc etc.

With all of the deaths, missing, left behind, I think they might be down to around 50-60 max on the ship now.

Is there a more accurate count anywhere?

The big variable is that I don't think we know how many stayed behind on the obelisk planet.

We know from 'Light and Darkness' that a shuttle can hold 15 max when it isnt loaded with supplies.

When they went down to Faith planet, i think there were 12, 6 military and 6 civilian, 2 spaces for the gear they took, i dont remember if anyone from Destiny went to the planet and stayed that was NOT the original away team - but all in all i think 5 or 6 stayed on the Faith planet, as it only gives us a probable margin of 1, i'd say its a good enough guesstimation to be going on with.

Water: -1 didnt that idiot who shot the bugs die
              Earth: 0
              Time: 0
              Life: 0
              Justice: -1

              Faith: -6

              Lost: 0
              Sabotage: -1
Subversion: +1 (Telford) or did come in incursion, and then all the LA and i forgot how many that was, but since only a few are staying we dont need to count them yet
              Incursion: -1
              Intervention: 0
Aftermath: -1 (Riley), then add the LA that are staying

              Pathogen: 0
              Cloverdale: 0

The Greater Good: -2 (simeons guard and ginn)
Malice: -4 i think it was 3 plus simeon

I'd go with -6 on Faith.

Incursion, Kiva killed a redshirt marine so -1

                Other than that, pretty succinct.

Is Franklin a kill in Sabotage?
                    Death by dental chair freezing?

Didn't Varro take out a few in the infirmary when a marine tried to grab his gun? That was when TJ got injured. But I recall a few people going down in that infirmary.

The automatic fire when off in a 360 degree motion taking out a few in the room, then Varro shot the marine he was wrestling with.

Only one person besides Simeon died in "Malice", and that was Henderson. The guard and Ginn are among the three counted in this episode, and Young was likely taking Perry as a kill in his report to Varro.

Destiny would be more enjoyable and cost effective to produce if they killed more people! But I think it is going to go in the opposite now that the FTL path has been reprogrammed. Maybe the ship is going backwards now. hehehe.

I thought Henderson and Michaels died, wasn't Michaels the guard on Simeon? I am too tired to remember correctly though. So, I thought we were -2 here, not counting Ginn. Oh ya, 3 with Simeon. Of course, I could be badly mistaken.
