I also loved Wray's "Whos driving this thing" comment.

    MIdweek, another ep of SGU...

    1. A lot of the drama went out of the ep in the Rewatch of this.

    2. Simeon is just one of those peeps you just want to strange.

    3. The snarking at Rush was just getting nuts.

    And now...hold on tight...

    Not a bad ep.

The Ursini ships look really cool.

I'm glad everyone knows about the bridge now.

The final confrontation between Young and Rush. Rush actually held his own.

Why in the world didn't Simeon have an escort?

This was a good episode for the Rush and Young moments, and that's what it was all about really, how they moved forward once the others found out about the bridge. That moment was a pivotal event, changing the direction in which things were going. First, Young's reaction on learning of Rush's efforts to keep it a secret was exactly the same as when he left him on the planet to die, but here was the change, he stopped short of killing him in anger. Then came to moment where he stopped to listen and Rush began to talk, wonderfully acted by both.

Second, when the rest of the crew are faced with the true magnitude of Rush's deceit and general disregard of them when they see the bridge for the first time. It's as if everything switched around, Young became more open towards Rush where Eli and the others would be more suspicious of his motives. Eli's voicing of this shock at Rush's lack of faith in him and the others was a great moment.

We also get another great moment with Rush giving more information about Destiny's mission, I loved it, got a lovely Stargate moment with the mysteries that are out there to be explored. Took me back to Daniel talking about the four great races and their meeting place to share knowledge in 'The Torment of Tantalus'. It had that same feeling of something wonderful out there to be discovered by mankind.

I have to wonder why the guy that was always guarding Simeon never once made any move to stop him when he was getting out of order! He just stood there and watched, I just couldn't understand this. Each time it was Greer who came and sorted him out whilst the supposed guard just stood there! So I guess when Simeon said he wanted to speak to Ginn again the guard just followed him without a word and then just stood there when Simeon killed him!

Right up to where Young got him in a rear naked choke hold..

AS we learn in Malice, its cause Simeon killed him.

This is the episode where Rush stops being a jerk and finally begins trusting others. The whole revelation of Destiny was mind blowing. The suggestion that the Big Bang was artifically created is indescribile that I remember thinking how awesome it was going to be to see the solving of this mystery. Sadly I was wrong when the show was cancelled. I am still annoyed to this day that we never learned the answer to the background radiation mystery. It sounded so cool. The bridge being revealed I always thought was too lightly. After Rush secret was being exposed I thought more people would be ticked off at him. But its something that is just looked over. I can understand Young given how Rush saved his life when they jumped ship. But the others of Destiny seemed mad at first but just ignored it. Should of havd more tension. Finally I loved how this episode hints at future development. We see the Ursini and their heavy battle damage. It leaves us to question what caused it. The beauty of this episode to me is we learn a little bit more about the Ursini but are still left with more question about what damanged this ship.

It's good to see all these comments on here. I thought no one liked this show

Yes finally someone caught up to sneaky Rush, it should have happened a few episodes ago ...

Nice episode all around. Eli gets the girl for a little while. To bad he had to see her tonguing Rush. The secret is out and Rush still lives. What oh what will they do now that they have control. Probably get themselves in trouble.

You know Eli's reaction makes it seems like they don't sign over their bodies for stone travel. If note some raping has been going on.
