    Heart Mr Adam Brody/Peter Kelamis - Thunk/Discussion/Appreciation

    Brody on MGM site

    Brody on Stargate Wiki

I have yet to see a thunk/appreciation thread for Mr. Brody and his mighty Still of Awesomeness and that seems downright criminal to me. Come and join in the thunkery!

That's impossible! Brody is cute, imho.

Do he has a PhD? I don't think so, everybody calls him Mr. Brody.

I don't know if he's got a phd, but he can translate Ancient, although he got it all backwards for the shuttle
I'm hoping they get a nice backstory together for him in season 2

The PhD refers to the thread title with Dr in front of the name. Wasn't it Lt Scott who did this backwards reading in the shuttle?

Surly, he, and some others should get more backstory in future episodes.

Crap, you're right! I meant to type Mr Adam Brody and typed Dr instead. Thanks, I'll see if I can get someone to change it. This is what typing without coffee does to you.

As for the ancient, I don't think Scott is reading it. Maybe he put stickers in the wrong spot?

Typing without enough coffee... Uh, I understand very well what you mean

Should I have written "reading", Lt Scott don't really "read" Ancient, but try to make sense to the scripture, in the end it worked "somehow" Funny moment with Rush and the tabs on his fingers.

yeah, Brody does look good with long hair. When the scissors come out and it's time for a trim, it's Yes to Young, No to Brody and Rush

I think I'd accept everyone with tad shorter hair... But not Young and Rush.

I think, a lot of men look good with longer hair, but we never get the chance to see it, cos common standart for men is short hair, the shorter the better. And, short hair is a must for male military personal.

Aside from that: I like Brody with longer hair, I hope they never find scissors for the civilians, and, if they won't find it for some of the military boys, it would be ok for me.

I like Brody too, and what do you think, has he joined Parks 'Reading club'? They seem to work good together!

Brody is my second favorite character on SGU! Here are pics of PK in previous Stargate episodes:

from Smoke and Mirrors as Dr. Langham

from Space Race as Coyle Boron

Since PK was born in Australia and he's of Greek origin, I wonder if the voice we're hearing is his natural voice? He does quite a few voices for children's cartoon shows, too, so he's accustomed to doing different voices/accents.

One of the Kino episodes tells us that Brody is an engineer. What type of engineer do you think Stargate would put on the Icarus project with Rush?

Hilarious! I'd read that he did stand-up, but I'd not yet seen any. Thanks for posting the video. I sure hope the SGU writers take advantage of his comic ability and his voices.
