Why didn't Carter beam the 302 pilots back ?

Carter make the tough decision of abandon the 2 F-302 pilots and save the entire ship.
It was difficult decision ,but Sam make it , fast and right.

But why didn't Sam just try beam the pilot back first ,and then jump into hyper space.

304 captain has been trying beam everything for a while, an entire buidling, nuclear bombs.

The Wraith has jamming technolgoies, and yet the Captian has again and agin tried to beam the bomb onto their ship.
Sam tried to keep a beaming lock on Dr Rush when he met witht the lucian alliance .But they had anti jamming tech as well.
If there were too must EMP interference ,may be they could not beam them out

KLEINMAN: Colonel. I'm reading a huge energy spike. At this rate they've got less than a minute before their core goes up.

CARTER: Get our people out of the shielded areas and beam them back to the ship now
But they can beam the Earth 's ground force back before the planet explode, then they could beam the pilot.

So Why didn't Sam tried to beam the pilot back ?

When Col Shepard was trapped on a 302 with Wraith virus, the beaming antenna was destory , but they can still beam him out using primitive radio signal.

The Airforce must run battle simulation, and when the 304 needed to retreat, it doesn't have enough time to let the all 302 return .
so beam just the pilots would be logical alternative to abandoning them.

The 302 was moving too slow to flee and too fast to get a lock

what If? The 2 left behind by Sam, ate her lunch that she brought with her for the trip? After the BS she had put up with over the years, Col Carter does not have to put up with 2 soldiers who only care about eating her sandwiches so they don't have to go out and fly/fight on an empty stomach. Well guys... if you survive this, never eat Carter's food....lesson learned right?

Most likely so the writers could put in the bit later where O'Neill shouts at Young for not venting the gate room saying that Carter had to make a hard decision to save her ship and he should of too

Carter had to be negligent so O'Neill could grind Young later. It's basically the character having to serve the plot and not the other way around, which is the first sign of a poorly, ill-constructed story.

It takes time to lock on someone and beam them back to the Hammond. Only about 30 seconds but in those scenarios every second counts

Or the jamming field is bigger than you think. The fighters are faster so they reached to field before the ground troops made it into the field or even touched the ground.

The military tells that to families back home all the time. Sometimes soldiers have to die, it's unfortunately part of the job description.

The fighters must have anti beaming technology. I'd be pretty silly if your enemies could beam you out of your cockpit and into space...

It's also pretty silly if you can't turn off your own anti-beaming tech in a life-or-death situation...

Who else has beaming tech in the milkyway?
Anubis stole some beaming tech from Thor's mind, and he probably pass on to Ba'al .When Ba'al die ,it is possible somebody has access to it.
But Anubis's Asgard beaming tech are primitive, without asgard sensor they need locator to lock on someone.

BC 304 has advance asgard sensor ,302's pilot could have special locator , like the one use by airforce to search missing pilot, they could turn it on in ememgency for beaming out .

In SGA episode, when Col Shepard trapped onboard a F 302 infected with Wraith artigical intelligence viruse, and Daedulas's scanner array was destory, they still able to beam hiom out using primitive radio signal.
