I think she repaid him by not killing him for the kinos watching her in her undies and taking showers. And for not letting Greer follow up on his Kino-colonoscopy threat.

Poor Eli, in love with a harpy who's willing to use him for her own ends and then get hers with Hotty Scotty when she's done pulling Eli's strings. The boy needs to learn how to deal with women asap, perhaps he should hook up with Dr Parks as someone else suggested, Chloe is bad news for Eli.
