Do the execs even watch the show?

Does anyone else notice the blatant errors in promos, synopsis', and well everything that the networks and execs do!

I'm watching the atlantis marathon now and one of the promos for it is "A stargate can take you to other planets... but it cannot take you back in time"
Its meant to express that they are going to be showing the older aired episodes before the 'new' ones next week. (grrr UK and Canada, redefining 'new' to us)

Anyway... Yes, yes it can. Do they even watch their show or at least run these things by ANYONE?

I know there are others, but the only one i can think of is the X-303 being called something like the X-35 on one of the DVDs.

Anyone else got anything?

There's a thread for this already: crabbiness. I think there's a "mistakes" thread somewhere, too, but that's more general goofs in the show. Depending on what you're looking for.
