Kathleen Munroe (Amanda Perry) was on 2 parts of the 3-part Chicago Fire-Med-PD Outbreak crossover on Oct 16, playing a doctor with the CDC. They also left open the possibility of her returning as the love interest of one of the doctors on Chicago Med.

According to her IMDB page, she's worked pretty steadily since SGU.

Jill Wagner (leader of The Travelers on SGA) has her own mystery series, also on the Hallmark Channel.

I've seen a bunch of Stargate actors on some of the Mystery Movies on the Hallmark Channel.
